- Remove all items & unplug the unit from the wall outlet
- Open both fridge & freezer doors & allow 8 hours to defrost
- Ensure that the refrigerator and freezer interiors are dry
- Clean all 3 parts – the refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Don’t forget the inside top of the microwave
- Use only standard houshold cleaners like fantastik or a similar a product
- Do not use any abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the unit and you may be charged
- Return all parts – fridge shelves (2), ice cube tray, scraper, glass plate, and microwave ring
- Leave your unit in your room, unplugged, with doors open
- Leaving your unit unclean or missing parts could result in charges to you.
- Please reference the rental agreement for a list of these charges. The basic cleaning charge is $25.
- Please do not leave your unit in closets or behind doors. If we cannot find your microfridge unit, you may be billed for its replacement.
